Images & files

BubblesPlanner allows users to integrate a rich array of content including notes, files, documents, weblinks, images, graphics, and so forth. As users research and work on assigned Tasks, they can document their efforts by adding these items.

In some cases, a user may want to reuse a piece of content or refer to one without having to go through each Task, Post, or Board to find it. When you click on the Images & files link, the dialog below opens. Within the dialog, the user will see a portion of the content used throughout the account. Specific content can be located by Searching or scrolling.

By clicking on the three vertical dots at the right of each item, you can select from the following options:

• Preview
• Download
• Delete
